"My son has progressed to a stage where he wants to have friends, but he didn't have the tools or know-how to make friends. The Social Skills Module has provided him with these tools and allows his to be more aware of others' perspectives.
Since attending the classes, he is progressing at making friends, has lengthier conversations, is more aware of social rules, and he even started recalling what he does with his friends in school!
It is the one class that he looks forward to each week."
- Mother of an 8-year-old, Petaling Jaya.

Social Skills Module: Sept-Oct 2016
"ANDI Social Skills Module has provided an excellent environment for my son to interact with his peer as well as all people surrounding. He is confident to initiate a good conversation with his peers, understand the concept of socialising, more patient in turn-taking, more awareness of rules and regulations."
- Mum of 4-year-old
"The Social Skills Module by ANDI Initiative is an effective way and great environmet for our kids to explore communication with peers. My son is much more confident in expressing thoughts and ideas now, using whatever language he has.
It has encouraged him to positively try to ask questions, and respond to others' questions. With this programme, he is actively seeking to learn new words and tries to get us to correct his sentences in order to express himself better.
Totally awesome!"
- Dahlia, mum to a 6-year-old

Learning Happens Everywhere
17 October 2012 |
Bought an flat-packed office chair. Decided to use it as an opportunity to assess some progress in A - muscle tone, muscle strength, mental resilience (it's easy to give up when you have muscle issues).
It's also a good chance to check on his problem-solving skills - "What do I do next?" and planning out his body movement and positions, like leaning into the Allen wrench with his body weight.
He still needs a lot of coaching and scaffolding, yet it's encouraging to see how far he's come in these areas.
